Pepsi MAX wanted to create a digital OOH campaign that would amplify the brand’s “Live for Now” message. Following on from the success of the brand’s previous campaign, this experience continued to use innovation and creativity in order to create content for Pepsi’s social channels.
Produced by Grand Visual, we built an Augmented Reality (AR) system into a seemingly, ordinary tunnel. However, as unsuspecting pedestrians began to walk through the tunnel, they were met with unbelievable scenarios! The AR application was tuned to work with a projector screen by augmenting bespoke content overlays from 2D and 3D assets.
Live in December 2014, the Augmented Reality experience was a success and amassed over 6 million views!
