Grand Visual recently produced a promo for this year’s TIGI World Release event. The creative ran on a giant curved LED screen surrounding the stage at London’s Old Billingsate. The two-day live event for Unilever’s professional hair care brand included a series of catwalk shows and dance performances to celebrate a decade of iconic hairstyles, created by TIGI’s Anthony and Pat Mascolo. The event also previewed AW13 Catwalk styles with TIGI copyright©olour.

We took colour as our inspiration for a fast paced live action and motion graphic promo piece. Working closely with choreographer Christian Storm and a team of 8 dancers the production involved shooting live action during rehearsals and incorporating the dancers’ silhouettes into the final creative execution. The result was a feast of colour, sound and light as the visual effects synced with the live performers.
