This role combines hands-on motion design, creative leadership, and strategic thinking, overseeing projects from concept to delivery and guiding a team of motion designers and other creative professionals, collaborating closely with creative, production, and account teams. Role Description The Senior Integrated Producer role will be required to effectively carry out project planning, scope creation, resource planning, setting deadlines and monitoring project progress. Working across digital, solutions and experiences this role will be fundamental in ensuring the delivery of Grand Visual’s projects on time, within budget and maintaining the quality standard that our business in renowned for. Reporting to the Project Director and supporting the Integrated or Junior Producers this role will assist and develop the team’s capabilities in relation to their project planning, scope creation, resource planning, setting deadlines and monitoring project progress. Working with a project team, the Integrated Producer will be responsible for flagging any potential project issues with various stakeholders, working to solve them with creative solutions and systematic approaches on both digital and traditional projects. In this role, the Senior Integrated Producer will be required to work within the schedule outlined by the Studio Manager, in line with the correct internal resource available and ensuring utilisation of the team is maximised. The Senior Integrated Producer will also be required to proactively seek out new vendor relationships and ways of working, engage in research and education to keep the department current and competitive.
