O2 Goslings

To broadcast having 4G coverage over 99% of the Manchester area, O2 launched an Augmented Reality digital OOH campaign. Based on O2’s television ad, the application layered the goslings animation over the busy street. Facial recognition was used to trigger the experience only when shoppers were looking at the screen. Once the AR experience was activated, shoppers were prompted to take a selfie with the baby geese to share on social media.
