The Huffington Post UK partnered with Virgin Media and CBS Outdoor to bring live news updates and blog comments direct to commuters on the London underground. Using Virgin’s WiFi service the HuffPost pioneered “open connectivity” to its website and delivered real time user comments from a range of blogs to XTP screens via OpenLoop. The campaign went on to win a Silver Media Lions for ‘Best Use of Screens’.
